Coho Commissary, a dynamic culinary hub, was actively searching for a sustainable furniture solution to integrate into their vibrant dining concept space, currently home to the renowned Japanese bento box and temaki brand, TAKENAKA. Beyond merely furnishing the area, Coho aimed to leverage its community and foster collaboration to create a space that embodies a narrative of innovation in the industry.
In pursuit of this goal, Coho incorporated over 15 sustainably made tables to provide diners with a climate positive dining experience. They also installed custom shelving and a zero-waste boardroom table expertly engineered from ChopValue’s circular performance material.
